We are looking for candidates to join us for an internship at our office in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) or Munich (Germany) for a period of 3 – 6 months, designed to provide you with valuable insights into the private equity industry and nurture your professional growth. Our dynamic internship program is open throughout the year with flexible start dates.
The candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze various industries and sectors that might be suitable investment areas
- Research and assess multitude of mid-cap companies as potential targets
- Develop financial models and investment documentation to support the best decision
- Support the due diligence and legal documentation process of live transactions
- Be an integral part of IceLake’s ambitious and experienced investment team

The requirements for the internship are:
- Ongoing B.Sc. or M.Sc. or recently graduated
- Excellent academic track record
- Relevant prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking or strategy consulting
- Fluency in Dutch and English (for Amsterdam positions)
- Fluency in German and English (for Munich positions)
