- Solid cashflow generation

- Operating profit (EBITDA) of at least €3 million
IceLake was founded by experienced private equity professionals and entrepreneurs who have extensive experience with building and growing companies. IceLake has done this by supporting entrepreneurs and as entrepreneurs ourselves.
